About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Administration Manager to support and scale our regional sales operations across ASEAN and MENA markets. This is a key role in ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination across international teams in a fast-moving fintech environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Sales Operations & Administration

  • •Manage end-to-end sales documentation (contracts, invoices, quotations)
  • •Ensure accuracy and compliance in all sales-related processes
  • •Support smooth execution of regional sales transactions

Regional Sales Coordination (ASEAN & MENA)

  • •Track sales performance and prepare regional reports
  • •Monitor pipelines, revenue flow, and client activity across markets
  • •Support forecasting and business performance analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • •Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams
  • •Ensure alignment between regional teams and head office strategy
  • •Improve and streamline sales processes across regions

Data & CRM Management

  • •Maintain CRM systems and sales databases
  • •Ensure real-time updates and accurate reporting dashboards
  • •Support leadership with structured sales insights

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • •Diploma / Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
  • •3–5 years' experience in Sales Admin, Operations, or Coordination roles
  • •Strong understanding of sales processes in fintech or tech-driven industries
  • •Excellent Excel, reporting, and data management skills
  • •Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • •Strong communication and coordination skills across regions
