About the Role

At Tijarah Holding Ltd, we are building the future of borderless digital finance. As the founder of MaalChain, our ecosystem spans blockchain wallets, fintech platforms, digital banking innovation, crypto trading venues, education, and sustainability-focused solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead sales and market expansion, turning innovation into revenue, traction, and scale across global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead sales and marketing growth for blockchain & fintech products
  • Drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and revenue targets
  • Execute go-to-market strategies across ASEAN, MENA, Europe & Africa
  • Develop and manage sales channels, affiliates, and customer acquisition pipelines
  • Work closely with leadership to scale commercial performance
  • Build and scale sales channels, affiliates, and referral programs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years' experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
  • Strong background in fintech, blockchain, or digital platforms
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and scale markets
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and execution-focused
