About the Role

Tijarah Holding Ltd, founder of MaalChain, is building a global fintech and blockchain ecosystem focused on cross-border digital finance innovation. We are seeking a Senior Business Executive to lead market expansion, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution across multiple international regions. This is a senior commercial role with direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making across global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Growth & Revenue Expansion

•Lead sales and marketing growth for fintech and blockchain solutions
•Drive customer acquisition, revenue generation, and market penetration
•Deliver against defined commercial and growth targets

Regional Market Expansion

•Execute go-to-market strategies across ASEAN, MENA, Europe, and Africa
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets
•Support international expansion initiatives and partnerships

Channel & Partnership Development

•Develop and manage sales channels, affiliates, and referral networks
•Build strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders
•Strengthen long-term commercial pipelines

Strategic Execution

•Work closely with leadership to scale commercial performance
•Support pricing, positioning, and business strategy execution
•Contribute to overall revenue and growth strategy development

REQUIREMENTS

•Minimum 5+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Growth roles
•Strong background in fintech, blockchain, digital platforms, or technology sectors
•Proven track record in revenue generation and market expansion
•Strong commercial mindset with execution capability
•Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to operate in fast-growth environments
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
